1 package of firm tofu
3 tbsp red onion minced
3 tbsp celery minced
1/4 cup tofu mayonaisse
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp tumeric
salt & pepper
A great alternative to eggs if you have chosen not to eat them.
Crumble the tofu into an appropriate sized bowl for mucking around.
Add the onion, celery, dijon, mayo, tumeric,
salt & pepper & mix until everyone is happy.
You can add less or more of the mayo & dijon to suit your tactile needs!
I prefer making this the night before I would
like to eat it as the flavours are well blended
& the tumeric has worked its yellow majick!
Oh yeah, while you're at it, suck a pickle too!
