Avocado & Cucumber Soup - Raw

This is a yummy summer dish, but enough of this kind of thing
 will also help you get in shape for summer!
3 large english cucumbers
1 very large avocado
1 red pepper, finely diced
1 yellow pepper, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic
juice of half a lemon

I'm afraid you need actual "gear" for this one! 
A juicer & a stick blender.

Take 2 cucumbers & run them through your juicer.
In a bowl, use the stick blender to blend together the
avocado, remaining cucumber (chopped into pieces),
the lemon juice & the garlic.  
You can adjust the garlic if you like.
When all is going "smoothly", add the juice & pulp 
from your juicer to the mix, then add the lovely peppers.
Stir it up & enjoy.

Wonderful chilled or at room temperature.

If I sit very still maybe he'll come to me!
