Kale Turnip Soup!

Time for yummy fall foods!!

One bunch of Kale - destemmed
2 Turnips - 1/4" dice
2 Zuchinni - 1cm dice
1 Onion - chopped
2 Cloves Garlic - diced
Dill for Garnish
1 Soup Cube
Olive Oil

Chop onions & garlic & saute in olive oil until tender.
Add 1/4" cubed Turnip & add 1 litre of boiling water & soup cube. Boil for 10 minutes.
Add Zuchinni & Kale & cook until tender.
Remove from heat & when cooled, use stick blender or food processor to blend.
Garnish will Dill & enjoy!
